VibeCodr Terms of Use

Last updated: 12 October 2026

These terms are about using VibeCodr, the app that teaches you how to plan, build and publish your first app. By downloading or using VibeCodr you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Who we are

VibeCodr is provided by Max Tyrrell, an individual developer based in Ireland ("we"). You can contact us at support@northcommonstudio.com.

How these terms fit with Apple's

You download VibeCodr from the Apple App Store, so Apple's standard Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement applies to the app as well. It covers Apple's own role, such as that Apple is not responsible for the app, support or warranties, and that it can enforce the licence against you. These terms add to it and cover how VibeCodr's content and service work. If the two ever conflict about the app licence itself, Apple's agreement wins; for everything else, these terms apply.

What VibeCodr is, and what it is not

VibeCodr is a course. Its lessons, prompts, templates and App Idea Library are guidance to help you learn and decide. They are not legal, financial, tax, security or professional advice, and nothing in VibeCodr promises any result. In particular:

Your account

You can use VibeCodr and subscribe without an account. If you create one, give us accurate details, keep your sign-in secure, and tell us if you think someone else has used it. You can delete your account and its data at any time in the app (Profile, Settings, Privacy, Delete Account). Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

VibeCodr Pro

Chapter 1 is free. VibeCodr Pro unlocks the rest of the course, the App Idea Library and the prompts and templates that go with them.

Your work and our content

Your work is yours. The project details, files and notes you write in VibeCodr belong to you. We store them only to run the app for you and, if you sign in, to back them up and sync them. You give us permission to store and show them back to you for that purpose and no other.

The apps you build are yours. You can use what you learn, and the prompts, templates and ideas in VibeCodr, to build and sell your own apps without paying us anything more.

Our content is ours. The lessons, course text, prompts, templates, App Idea Library, designs, mascot and app are owned by us or used with permission. You may use them for your own learning and your own projects. Please do not copy the course or the idea library to republish, resell or share it with others, and do not use scripts or tools to copy it in bulk.

Trademarks. Names such as Apple, App Store, TestFlight, iPhone, Claude, Claude Code, Anthropic, ChatGPT, Codex, OpenAI, Expo, Supabase, Figma, GitHub and Google belong to their owners. VibeCodr is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

Using VibeCodr properly

Please do not misuse VibeCodr. In particular, do not try to get into other people's accounts or data, interfere with or overload our service, create accounts by automated means, or try to copy or take apart the app except as the law allows.

Keeping the service running

We aim to keep VibeCodr available and accurate, but we cannot promise it will always be free of faults or interruptions. Much of it works offline. We may update, suspend or retire parts of the service, and will give notice of changes that significantly affect you where we reasonably can.

Our responsibility to you

Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit. If you are a consumer, the app and its digital content must be as described, fit for their purpose and of the quality you can reasonably expect, and you keep all your legal rights under Irish and EU consumer law, including Ireland's Consumer Rights Act 2022.

Subject to that, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, for loss of profit, business or opportunity, or for what happens to an app you build, publish or sell using what you learned. You are responsible for your own app, its content and its compliance with the law and with Apple's rules.

Ending these terms

You can stop using VibeCodr at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, and will tell you why where we can. Your right to export your data stays in place after that.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example when we add features. If the change is important, we will update the date above and tell you in the app. Using VibeCodr after a change means you accept it.

Complaints and the law

If something goes wrong, write to support@northcommonstudio.com and we will try to put it right. These terms are governed by the law of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland can hear any dispute. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you keep the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live and may also bring a claim in the courts there.
